Delivery Services |

A door to door delivery charge within Singapore land is flat rate at S$10.00.
Door to Door delivery outside of Singapore will be charged according to the
prevailing shipment rtes. Any changes of overseas delivery will charge reflect
in the prevailing shipment zone. |

All prices quoted include air freight & door to door transportation
charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. |

5.1. |
Oversea delivery -
Order received on Monday & Tuesday, Wednesday before 12pm (Singapore time)
will be departed the same day or next working day.
Please try to avoid ordering for departure on Thursday & Friday to avoid
weekend delay for custom clearance and flowers freshness. However, we will try
our best to despatch Monday to Friday for your requested arrival date depends
on destination.
Although we try to ensure all orders arrive on the dates specified, please
note that all deliveries are subjected to custom clearance or import delays.
For oversea delivery arrival requested date, there will be non delivery on
Weekend Saturday & Sunday.
Baring any unforeseen circumstance, it generally takes 4 to 5 working days
from the date of order to reach the recipient. |

Local delivery- Order
received before 12pm, it will be delivered at the same day. Last minute
order (Within 2 hrs) for the same day delivery will be charged additional SGD 10.00. |

Premium orchids will not take responsibilities for late or non-deliveries
under the following conditions: |

present at the address given within those hours during which deliveries were
requested to take place. |

incorrect or incomplete address |

in order to execute the order successfully. |
